Is $299 per user or for the whole company?

Per company. One flat monthly price covers your entire Salesforce org, regardless of how many users need access to invoicing and payments.

Do you charge a percentage of my transactions?

No. ZapBills charges a flat monthly subscription. Your payment gateway — Stripe, PayPal or Cardknox — charges its own processing fees directly to you, at their published rates.

Is there really no setup fee?

Correct. Our team installs and configures ZapBills in your org at no charge, before you commit to anything. Support is included in the subscription.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

Install ZapBills from the AppExchange and you get full access to every feature for 30 days, with no credit card required. Our team helps you configure it during that window. At the end of the trial you either move to the $299/month plan or uninstall.

Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
